Narrow corridors, dim Karachi safehouses, cramped rooms with a single practical light source make up the crux of the visuals.     The action sequences of Dhurandhar are shot with a restrained, anti-glamour approach. Nowlakha added, "Hats off to Aditya - he was threading a needle while riding a bull."          Dhurandhar is set against the backdrop of the IC-814 hijacking in 1999 and the 2001 Indian Parliament attack. The film follows Ajay Sanyal, the Intelligence Bureau Chief, as he assigns Hamza (Ranveer Singh) a high-risk mission to dismantle a terrorist group operating across the border.
